A Fun History Lesson

Someone who's worried about the length of the waiting period for Obama has dug up a trick Woodrow Wilson invented to short-circuit the process. The current political agenda is not important, and indeed, by February 6th 2009 no-one will remember there was ever even an issue: but the history lesson is fun.
