No Peace Possible in Jerusalem

One objective reason Israelis see the world so differently from the way many others see it is that news items such as this one are routine here, but are almost never noticed elsewhere: Khaled Meshal - that's one of the topmost Hamas figures around, in case you've missed him - reassures his audience that the only solution to Israeli claims to Jerusalem is to beat the Israelis in war.

And note he's not talking only about the Temple Mount/Haram a-Sharif. Though he does expect Israel's Arabs to join battle on the side of the Muslims.

We simply don't kill enough people. No, I'm not being sarcastic. Meshaal is no less than Israel's bin Laden. Why does Israel allow these people to live? By allowing them to survive we are depriving ourselves of legitimacy. The Arafats, Meshaals, Haniyehs, etc. Should have been exterminated decades ago. Assassination work. You cannot replace institutional memory, operational experience and leadership characteristics. Yaacov, in your business or mapping organizational intellectual assets you should know that. As for the argument that new terrorists will take the place of the killed, has anyone ever actually tested this theory. Will we run out of bullets before they run out of people?
